Section 1. 2000 Iowa Acts, chapter 1208, section 24,1 is amended to read as follows:
SEC. 24. Chapter 12E, Code 2001, is repealed
March 1, 2001
December 31,
2001.
Sec. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Act, being deemed of immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment.
