Abstract
The purpose of this report is to review present and anticipated future employment figures for this area, project future traffic volumes and recommend geometric improvements which will be necessary in order to efficiently handle future traffic volumes. Since the entire development of the area will not occur at one time, or within a short period of time, improvements have been recommended for various stages of development. Data used in this study was provided by the Traffic Department of Sioux City, the Industrial Development Council and the Iowa State Highway Department.
