Abstract
The Work Plan Agreement between the Iowa Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) and the Environmental Protection Agency Region 7 was created as a means to strengthen IDNR’s implementation of the federally authorized National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program.
