Abstract
Request to Iowa's 51st General Assembly for the appropriations of Capitol Improvements to be made at the various institutions under supervision of the Board of Control of State Institutions; covering the Mount Pleasant State Hospital, Independence State Hospital, Clarinda State Hospital, Glenwood State Hospital, Woodward State Hospital, Iowa State Penitentiary, The Mend's Reformatory, Training School for Boys, Training School for Girls, State Juvenile Home, Soldiers' Orphans' Home, and the State Sanatorium.
