-------------Additional notes related to the IPAT tool-------------------

The following items are suggested to be read before using the IPAT tool. 

~ IPAT tool works properly using Excel 2016 for Windows.

~ Click 'IPAT_Tool.xlsm' file to open IPAT Tool. Sometimes when clicking IPAT Tool, other excel files can be disappeared; thus, please (!) make sure to save your other works on the computer. However, when you proceed to launch sub-tools, the disappeared excel files will be appeared again. 

~ Click 'ENABLE CONTENT' in case of having security warnings, because excel files include macros.   

~ Copy/Edit/Paste data in ONLY BLUE cells in the sub-tools. NEVER edit/delete/paste any data in GREEN cells in the sub-tools because green cells may include equations. Click RESET to clean the sheet and re-enter new data. 

~ Copy data and paste it as VALUES (V) in BLUE cells if you copy data from other sources or enter data manually. DO NOT paste any data in GREEN cells. 

~ Do not forget to enter 'TRAFFIC INCREMENT (%)' information (e.g., 1%) if the user does not provide future traffic data for future predictions in the sub-tools. 

~ Click 'DO NOT SAVE' always when clicking 'X' to close the excel files. 

~ SAVE AS an excel file (sub-tool) if the user wants to keep/record the road information/data/predictions for future data entry.
