Abstract
Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) as a result of Iowa Code provisions, rules, operation permits, or Administrative Orders. The following procedures and criteria for certifying laboratories analyzing environmental samples for the Underground Storage Tank Program of the DNR were developed under an agreement between the DNR and the State Hygienic Laboratory (SHL) in order to implement that certification for the underground storage tank (UST) program.
