THIS MATTER, a complaint filed by Patricia Harris (Complainant) with the Iowa Civil Rights Commission (Commission) charging Alcoa Aluminum Company of America, Davenport, Iowa and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, (Respondent) with discrimination in employment on the basis of race and sex came on for hearing in Davenport, Iowa on the 5th day of November 1987, before Ione G. Shadduck serving as Hearing Officer. Complainant was represented by Rick Autry, Assistant Attorney General. Respondent was represented by Barbara Ann Mohajery and Russell W. Porter, Attorneys at Law, from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dana Waterman, local attorney, was not present.
