At the March 24, 1989, Iowa Civil Rights Commission meeting, the Iowa Civil Rights Commissioners decided to dismiss the above- encaptioned case for failure of Ronald Lewis to produce his federal tax records pursuant to an Order disseminated after the August 26, 1988 Commission meeting which required Mr. Lewis to produce his federal tax returns for the years 1974 through 1984 prior to October 14, 1988.

Due to Mr. Lewis' failure to produce the federal tax records, it is hereby ORDERED that the above-encaptioned case is DISMISSED.
