Familial Status:
Test 1
The tester posed as a married person with two kids and inquired about a two-bedroom apartment. During the call the owner stated, "I just don't think that it probably would work. You know we are so close there are eight apartments here and when we get children and their toys and so on mixed in it really doesn't work as well as if it's a baby or little little kids. But I can take your name and keep you on the list. We are having a lot of calls right now."
Tests 2 and 3
The owner informed the testers that the rent on the two-bedroom apartment increased if there were more than two people. The owner told the tester that the deposit would vary but would be more than one month's rent.
