All passed but 2 familial status phone tests. In one, the manager discouraged the tester by stating that they had had children in the apartment in the past and that the other tenants complained about the noise. The manager told the tester "So, you know, if your children are, you know, well behaved and everything, you know, no problem. But we did have kids in there before and the elderly people downstairs could hear upstairs. The children, you know, running up and down the steps and everything. But you can look at it if you'd like."

In the other test, the owner steered a tester away from the building the tester was inquiring about. The manager told the tester, "And um. Now uh there, um, there's no children in these apartments as of now." The manager then told the tester about another building that had children but was not as nice and was being worked on.
