ENFORCEMENT SUMMARY

As it has been explained, at each stage of the Commission's compliance process, it is possible that a case may be resolved. Case resolutions always involve remedial action. Often times, remedial action means financial return for persons victimized by discrimination. The total dollars returned to Iowans in any fiscal year is measured by total annualized benefits.

The FY 1983 Total Annualized Benefits totaled more than three quarters of a million dollars ($797,090.06).
