Jurisdictional Review
Within a few days of receiving a complaint, the Commission's
jurisdictional review officer will review the complaint to determine
whether the complaint alleges one or more discriminatory
practices and was filed within 180 days.
Upon the receipt of a statement offered as a complaint, the executive
director or designee shall review the complaint to determine whether
the commission has jurisdiction of the complaint. A "No Jurisdiction"
