In accordance with the Iowa Code, I hereby transmit to you and the General Assembly, the
Annual Report of the Iowa Civil Rights Commission for Fiscal Year 1992.

In a time of shrinking public resources and increasing demand for our services, the Commission has endeavored to increase eff iciency in case processing and maintain a high level of service to the citizens of Iowa. Overriding all our activities has been the mission of eliminating discdmination and providing equality of opportunity for all people in Iowa. The Commissioners and staff remain committed to this mission and the work that needs to be done to make this dream a reality.
