In accordance with the Iowa Code, I hereby transmit to you and the General Assembly
the Annual Report of the Iowa Civil Rights Commission for Fiscal Year 1993.

In a time of shrinking public resources and increasing demand for our services, the Commission has endeavored to increase efficiency in case processing and to maintain a high level of service to the citizens of Iowa. Overriding all our activities has been the mission of eliminating discrimination and providing equality of opportunity for all people in Iowa. The Commissioners and staff remain committed to the mission and the work that needs to be done to make this dream a reality.
