the 40th Anniversary of the Civil Rights Act at the Blues Fest

river levee at LeClaire Park in Davenport, Iowa
In addition to the Blues Bands and activities the state-wide Civil Rights Celebration will Feature Governor Vilsack and Lt. Governor Sally Pederson (invited), Nationally known civil rights speaker Reverend C.T. Vivian, SST Communications performing “Synergy from Others” and adult and children’s activities.
