In accordance with the Iowa Code, I hereby transmit to you and the General Assembly the Annual Report of the Iowa Civil Rights Commission for Fiscal Year 1995.

The Commission has endeavored to maintain a high level of service to the citizens of Iowa. While we received more new complaints than ever, we also resolved more complaints than ever. We increased our educational efforts and our community testing programs. We also increased the use of volunteers and other resouces to help us accomplish our work.

Your continued support of the Commission and its goals is greatly appreciated.
