CASE INVENTORY

"Case Inventory" refers to the total number of open complaints.

During FY 1980, the beginning case inventory was 1,063 cases. The case inventory fluctuated during the fiscal year reaching a high of only 1,080 in August of 1979, and a fiscal year low of 962 during June of 1980. The reduction in the Commission case inventory from 1,063 to 962 represents reasonably significant gains.
