Section 1. Section 543D.2, subsection 4, Code 2001, is amended to read as follows:
4. "Appraisal report" means any
written
communication of an appraisal.
Sec. 2. Section 543D.14, Code 2001, is amended to read as follows:
543D.14 CERTIFICATE.
A certificate issued under this chapter shall bear the
signatures
signature or
facsimile signatures
signature of the member or members of the board
as designated by the board and a certificate number assigned by the board.
